CONSTRUCTION / HURRICANE UPDATE:

This condominium building has approved an exterior renovation project of its building with a start date of August 2022 lasting until at least the Fall of 2024.

The ongoing construction work will be taking place Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm working hours only and will not be going on during the weekends.

The construction noise is loud at times. There is nothing we can do about this. Please do not book our property if this is something that would bother you. The price reflects the ongoing work.

The pool and beach access ramp are open.

NEW PHOTOS OF INTERIOR RENOVATION COMING BETWEEN OCTOBER 19-21

This 14th floor oceanfront unit is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom with 1400 sqft under air and 150 sqft wrap around balcony, situated only 2 miles from the Daytona night life on Seabreeze Ave and Main St where Bike Week and Biketoberfest take place; this condo is sure to leave you wanting nothing more.

The master suite features a king size memory foam bed, a panoramic window view of the ocean, and direct balcony access. The master bathroom features a his/her double sink vanity with a gorgeously remodeled walk in shower.

The second bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed, next to an individual queen bed with direct balcony access. The second bathroom is located across the hall from this room and features a single vanity/sink with a gorgeously renovated walk in shower.

The living room includes a nice sectional overlooking the floor to ceiling oceanfront windows as well as a wall mounted 65" Samsung 3D TV. There is a a sliding glass door to go out on the wrap around balcony.

The kitchen has been renovated and features stunning white cabinets, beautiful black granite countertops, and the backdrop of stainless steel appliances.

Additionally the bar top along the kitchen seats 2, the kitchen table can seat 6+.

The outdoor patio set has 3 high teak wood chairs surrounding by 2 high top teak tables.

The oceanfront view is immaculate and for the price is the best view in Daytona Beach.

CONDO AMENITIES:

While the unit is beautiful and the view is unbeatable. The building is old. Built in the 1970's. The fitness equipment in the fitness room works but it is old. The pool is open and the beach access ramp is open. If you need the latest and greatest building and amenities this is likely not the unit for you.

If all you need is a great unit, a beautiful view, direct beach access, and a pool? this may be the right unit for you.

2. The $125 fee covers you for damage protection and any damage done to the unit.

LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged by our condo association for "after hours" arrivals. We just pass the charge on to the guest.

PETS:
- Service Dogs welcome with documentation required by the condo association.

PARKING: You are guaranteed one parking spot in the garage. The top deck spots are first come first serve everyday. If you bring two vehicles and there is not a top deck spot available then you must take your vehicle to Bob's parking which is additional $$ or you can park your vehicle in any place they allow public overnight parking.

KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.

We provided a starter kit of household items; trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and bar soap. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the moneys received will be refunded as follows:
a) 100% if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
b) 50% if cancelled 30 days prior to Check-in Date
c) If a reservation is cancelled by the Guest less than 30 days from the Check-in date, the renter will forgo all refund amounts. If you choose to dispute this, it must be in writing and the homeowner will review each case and make a determination as to the amount refunded.
For online reservations: your cancellation policy is the one you agreed to at the time of your booking. This cancellation policy above applies to personal bookings that are done through us.

** Please note payment processing companies are not out to help small businesses. When we process your card they take the 3% processing fee from us. If we refund you, they will still keep the processing fee. Because of this we have to make it known to our guests that should you cancel at any point the 3% card processing fee is non-refundable.

Lucas is a great host! Highly recommend. The apartment is in a great location, the building is nice and the parking is very secure. The apartment needs small details to make it excellent. Curtains need to be black outs in the bedrooms! Bathrooms need renovation. Everything else is great. I would stay here again if they changed the curtains we like to sleep and these curtains had everyone up as soon as daylight broke.

Fantastic condo with an amazing view! We've been to Daytona Beach close to 20 times and this was our favorite. When you exit the elevator on the 14th floor you get a beautiful view of the Halifax River and sunsets. The wrap around balcony provides an excellent view of the ocean in both directions for miles. The underground parking keeps your car cool and free from salt (my car has been hit on two other occasions at hotels with small lots). The location is close enough to the main pier to walk (about 30 min stroll along the beach), but far enough away for more privacy and the crowds of people near the pier. The Publix grocery store is a few blocks north to stock your full kitchen. The complex is extremely safe, secure and quiet. The listing accurately reflects everything you will enjoy. We can't wait to come back!

Very nice location for sure you can’t beat the view. There are however a couple things that I think need updating. The king bathroom shower head leaks and was spraying water all down the back of the wall. The shower curtain in the same bathroom was very dirty and covered in mildew. The king room gets very hot at night time for whatever reason the ac can’t pump as much cool air in that room as the rest of the house. The memory foam mattress was very worn and sunken in. It wasn’t all negative though. The view was great and I really liked the kitchen as well. The dining room and living room were also very nice and spacious.

Lucas was a tremendous host who makes himself available to resolve any issue you may have. He was great to work with. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a condo The view was awesome and the location can’t be beat! The place was spotless and very quiet.
