This is a professionally designed and decorated luxury oceanfront condo from the newest building in Daytona Beach. The Aruba Condominium. Pair the stunning oceanfront sunrise from your balcony with the beautiful architecture of this building which includes a resort style pool, hot tub, and complete fitness center that will leave you with awesome memories during your tropical vacation!
PLEASE READ ME: Due to the hurricanes the pool deck (which encompasses the pool and hot tub) and the condo’s beach ramp will be closed for seawall and pool repairs throughout the remainder of 2022 and until at least the late Fall of 2023.
*** A beach access ramp can be found within a 3-5 minute walk in either direction.
*** Prices have already been lowered because of this.
THE UNIT:
This condo unit is located within Daytona Beach's newest luxury rental condo. The Aruba.
As you walk through the doors the beauty of this condo hits you.
As you walk in and remove your shoes you will see the oceanfront view straight ahead. As you walk in the back bedrooms are on your left and right. Bedroom #2 features a queen size bed, smart tv, dresser, closet, and beautiful decor as well as private access to the second bathroom. Across the hall is bedroom #3 that also features a queen size bed, smart tv, dresser, closet, and beautiful decor.
As you proceed down the hall the fully loaded gourmet chefs kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances is on your right hand side while the second bathroom is on your left hand side. The second bathroom includes a beautiful vanity as well as a shower/tub combo.
The kitchen, living room, and dining room are set up so the ocean is viewable at all times.
The oceanfront dining room features a gorgeous low top dining table that has the ability to seat six with additional bar seating for two right next it.
The oceanfront living room highlights a beautiful sofa and oversize chair set up that will leave you with the perfect view of the large smart tv as well as the ocean waves rolling in.
Across from the living room is the oceanfront master bedroom that features a king size bed with his/her nightstands, a smart tv, dresser, walk in closet, and private bath all overlooking the oceanfront picture window. The master bath has his/her sinks as well as a large walk in shower.
The balcony has seating for 4. Two padded chairs with a lovely padded bench seat as well as an outdoor coffee table for your holding your drinks while you watch the turquoise water roll onto the beach.
THE CONDO:
Aruba is widely considered as one of Daytona Beaches highest end vacation rental buildings simply because Aruba has gorgeous amenities that pair with the beautiful units perfectly and the condo is situated only a few minutes walk on the beach from the great Crabby Joes ocean pier restaurant / bar.
Aruba boasts a complete fitness center with weightlifting and cardio equipment, a heated resort style pool, and a gorgeous hot tub right next to the beach.
Needless to say you will be living in absolute paradise during your entire trip

Only thing that is locked is an owners closer in the master bedroom and AC closet. Otherwise the condo is open for your use.

Minimum age: 25 - (this means the primary renter needs to be over 25)
1. Management fee is $125. This covers you for damage protection meaning any damage done to the unit during your stay. Trust us, working with Airbnb on the damage claim process is not a fun time and we do not want them to pursue you for any incidental damages that we have to claim. This allows us to collect directly from our own insurance carrier and gives you the peace of mind if anything gets broken during your stay.

NOT available. 4pm is check in time. (If the unit ends up being ready early we will let you know)
LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals. We just pass the charge on to the guest.

PARKING:
We get one reserved parking spot in the garage (6'7 clearance height). We also get a second parking pass for our "first come first serve" outdoor top deck. No more then two total vehicles per unit can park onsite and no trailers are allowed.

KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.
We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the moneys received will be refunded as follows:
a) 100% if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
b) 50% if cancelled 30 days prior to Check-in Date
c) If a reservation is cancelled by the Guest less than 30 days from the Check-in date, the renter will forgo all refund amounts. If you choose to dispute this, it must be in writing and the homeowner will review each case and make a determination as to the amount refunded.
For online reservations: your cancellation policy is the one you agreed to at the time of your booking. This cancellation policy above applies to personal bookings that are done through us.
** Please note payment processing companies are not out to help small businesses. When we process your card they take the 3% processing fee from us. If we refund you, they will still keep the processing fee. Because of this we have to make it known to our guests that should you cancel at any point the 3% card processing fee is non-refundable.

Loved this condo! Very spacious and clean. Perfect for me and my wife. She really loved the decor, soaker tub, and bathroom vanity. The large TVs were amazing for watching the game. Felt very much at home here. Would highly recommend! Host was friendly, responsive and helpful.
What an unexpected surprise! We booked somewhere else and it was not anything close to the photos or description so we booked with Lucas. The price was a little higher but worth every cent! The condo was gorgeous, well stocked and pristine. Lucas was a huge help from my very first message and saved our vacation. Bre gave us a tour and all the details. Tina was helpful with getting around and was everywhere all the time. We could not have asked for a better place to spend the week and we will be back next year! Thank you!
