~ Second Bathroom: Conveniently located across the hall, featuring a modern vanity and shower/tub combo.
KITCHEN, DINING, AND LIVING SPACE:
~ Chef’s Kitchen: Fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all essentials for at-home dining.
~ Oceanfront Dining Room: Features a beautiful dining table with seating for six, plus two additional bar stools at the kitchen counter.
~ Oceanfront Living Room: Relax on a plush sofa and oversized chair, perfectly positioned to enjoy both the large Smart TV and the breathtaking ocean views.

FEES:
~ Management Fee ($145): Provides incidental damage coverage for your stay. We’ve secured outside protection so both guests and owners are covered for accidental damages, big or small. This is included in the price you see.
~ Pet Fee: $150 (see pet policy below)
~ Late Check-In Fee:
8:01 PM – 11:59 PM: $50
12:00 AM or later: $100
~ Lost Keys/Fobs: $75 replacement charge

~ Early Check-In: Not available (if ready early, our check-in agent will notify you)

PET POLICY:
~ Maximum 1 pet, up to 20 lbs
~ No aggressive breeds
~ Current vet records with rabies vaccination required
~ $150 pet fee
PARKING:
~ 1 assigned garage space (clearance 6’7”)
~ 1 additional outdoor space available on a first-come, first-served basis in the upper parking deck
~ No trailers permitted
~ No third vehicles
STARTER SUPPLIES:
A complimentary starter kit is provided, which includes a few of each of the following:
~ Trash bags
~ Laundry pods
~ Dish detergent pods
~ Toilet paper rolls
~ 1 paper towel roll
Once these items are used, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.
