This is a sunset / ocean view condo from the newest building in Daytona Beach. The Aruba Condominium. Not only will you be in paradise with beautiful florida sunsets behind the river backdrop and ocean view but the beautiful architecture of this building paired with the resort style pool, hot tub, and complete fitness center will leave plenty of room for awesome memories on your vacation!
Note: Due to the hurricanes the pool deck will be closed for repairs throughout the remainder of 2022 and likely into 2023. If this note is still up the pool deck is still closed.
THE UNIT:
This condo unit is located within Daytona Beach's newest luxury rental condo. The Aruba.
As you walk through the doors the beauty of this condo hits you.
As you walk in and remove your shoes you will see the gourmet kitchen straight ahead and to your left the back two bedrooms/bathroom. The kitchen it outfitted with all stainless steel appliances as well as all of your dish-ware, silverware, and counter top amenities including a Keurig.
The back bedrooms include two queen size beds, dresser, closet in each bedroom, as well as a smart tv. In between the room is a full size bathroom with a vanity, sink, toilet, shower/tub combo.
Walking into the kitchen to your right is the dining area. You will see seating at an elegant round dining table with seating for four as well as four additional seats at the kitchen bar right next to the dining table.
Behind the dining area is the living room where you have a gorgeous sectional situated around a large flatscreen smart tv with cable
To the right of the living room is the master bedroom with a king size bed, sunset views, large smart tv with cable, a walk in closet, dresser, and private bathroom with his/her sinks and a walk in shower.
The large expansive wrap around southwest facing balcony is accessed through the living room where you can sit and enjoy the river view sunsets as well as a southern view of the ocean.
THE CONDO:
Aruba is widely considered as one of Daytona Beaches highest end vacation rental buildings simply because Aruba has gorgeous amenities that pair with the beautiful units perfectly and the condo is situated only a few minutes walk on the beach from the great Crabby Joes ocean pier restaurant / bar.
Aruba boasts a complete fitness center with weightlifting and cardio equipment, a heated resort style pool, and a gorgeous hot tub right next to the beach.
Needless to say you will be living in absolute paradise during your entire trip
A check in agent will meet the guest at the property for a tour and exchange of keys.

1. Management fee is $125. This covers you for damage protection meaning any damage done to the unit during your stay. Trust us, working with Airbnb on the damage claim process is not a fun time and we do not want them to pursue you for any incidental damages that we have to claim. This allows us to collect directly from our own insurance carrier and gives you the peace of mind if anything gets broken during your stay.

4pm-8pm
EARLY CHECK IN: we will try to accommodate however it is entirely dependent on how the previous guest treated the unit. Once our cleaners get in at 10am they can let us know if it's possible to have the unit ready by 1-2pm. If it is not possible we will refund you.

LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals.
** 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50
** 12am+: $100

We provided a starter kit of household items; trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and bar soap. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the moneys received will be refunded as follows:
a) 100% if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
b) 50% if cancelled 30 days prior to Check-in Date
c) If a reservation is cancelled by the Guest less than 30 days from the Check-in date, the renter will forgo all refund amounts. If you choose to dispute this, it must be in writing and the homeowner will review each case and make a determination as to the amount refunded.
For online reservations: your cancellation policy is the one you agreed to at the time of your booking. This cancellation policy above applies to personal bookings that are done through us.
** Please note payment processing companies are not out to help small businesses. When we process your card they take the 3% processing fee from us. If we refund you, they will still keep the processing fee. Because of this we have to make it known to our guests that should you cancel at any point the 3% card processing fee is non-refundable.

This was clean and the kitchen had everything!!! The view was amazing! Bay in the back ocean in the front. Loved our stay.
Condo was very clean and well maintained. Lucas was very helpful throughout the process. All the amenities were greatly appreciated.
The room is beautiful, the view is pure perfection. I think it’s a tiny bit silly to have to pay extra to come in later 8pm when it’s not like someone had to let me into my room; I had to find it all myself no workers were present to my knowledge. However, I will say he did have that in the listing, so you know I’m front.
The view from the balcony, and the pool and the ocean by far with the extra money for late check in though! If you’re on the fence, it’s definitely worth it!
The transition from the car to the unit via the garage EVEN with two cats was effortless. The proximity to the Publix up the street- the shopping in Port Orange and the incredible jacuzzi were unexpected bonuses. Go to YaYa’s for some down home fun! The location was perfect and everyone we encountered could not have been nicer!!!!! DBS is the sleeper hit of the Summer!!!

The view was amazing and the unit was very clean! Everything we needed was provided and the beds were so comfortable. The wifi was fast considering we were there for work, it was a nice feature.

This place is amazing! You get a view of the beach and a panoramic view of the river from the living, dining and master bedroom. My daughter enjoyed waking up each morning to a beautiful beach view out her window. In the master bedroom or off the balcony you can catch a morning view dolphins playing and feeding in the river. Lucas, the property manager that the owner has hired to handle this rental is very professional and responded quickly to our messages. We had everything that we needed to cook and serve food in the condo. They have a washer and dryer that is conveniently located in the condo that is new like everything else in the condo. They have extra pillows and bedding for those who prefer to have more when sleeping as well as plenty of towels and beach towels. The three bedrooms all have new Smart TVs, large closets and plenty of storage for clothing. Lucas has prepared a book with suggested restaurants and he has great suggestions. The location is in the family part of Daytona and it is a very safe community with Ponce Inlet nearby with watersport options. Parking is a breeze with covered reserved garage parking that is large enough to accommodate large SUVs with plenty of room to load and unload. Thanks Lucas for a great Family Spring Break!
This is an excellent place to stay. We had a great time and I would highly recommend it. The place was very clean and inviting. Our host made sure everything was to our liking and we had all that we needed. We couldn't have asked for anything better. We're definitely coming back!!!

Great location. Great unit. Lucas responded quickly to our last minute rsvp. great views of river and ocean. Very good sunlight throughout which I personally appreciate.
Only things that I would list as bumps in the road are:
small hot water tank. so after 2-3 of our family of 6 would shower there wouldn't really be any hot water left.
Beach blanket and umbrella along w a small portable cooler available for guests would be a huge plus since it's right on the beach. They do provide chairs in the unit.
The second is probably just me but it's such a great unit in the 12th floor but the decor is lackluster. But you do have all of the essentials so that's nice. I just like to stay in places that feel somewhat homelike and warm.
Then again, we literally just slept there and spent our days at the beach from 10-5 lol. The management in property is very nice as well. Love that washer and dryer in unit. Major plus.
