The is the exclusive St. Maarten resort condominium. A large condo situated right on the beach with an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center that includes weights, cardio equipment & sauna, a game room that includes two billiards tables & shuffleboard. The perfect paradise to spend your sunshine state vacation in.
NOTE:** The indoor pool / jacuzzi ARE OPEN. The fitness center, sauna, and recreation room are also OPEN for guest use. The outdoor pool & direct beach access is not available at this time due to repairs still in progress from the last hurricane. There is however a nearby beach access point that is maybe a 3-5 minute walk. We are not expecting the outdoor pools or direct beach access to be available prior to March 2024. Please ask before booking to confirm if the amenities you want are open.
**The unit has been discounted by no less then $150/night due to the amenity closures so no further discounts can be given at this time.

Welcome to the resort style private residential condominium of St. Maarten. This is a very sought after condo building because of its resort style amenities.
As you walk in the door you will immediately realize how spacious the layout is. Immediately to your left and right are the back two bedrooms each featuring a queen bed, dresser, smart tv, closet, and their own private bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is a walk in shower, the other bathroom is a shower/tub combo.
As you proceed into the condo the laundry room will be on your next left proceeded by the kitchen, dining, and living rooms straight ahead.
The kitchen boasts cherry wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and black granite countertops complete with all of your dish-ware, silverware, and small basic kitchen amenities.
Outside of the kitchen is the dining area with a gorgeous low glass top table with seating for 4 and additional kitchen bar seating for 3.
Next to the dining room is the living room which has a gorgeous reclining sectional couch that is paired with a reclining rocker chair situated around a coffee table and a large smart tv. In the living room is direct access to the Oceanview balcony with panoramic views of the ocean and coastline.
To the right of the living room is the master bedroom featuring a king bedroom set, private balcony access, and the master bath complete with a garden tub, large walk in shower, his/her sinks, and a walk in closet.
The private balcony overlooks all of Daytona Beach including a complete view of the ocean and sunset. Absolutely gorgeous panoramic views with seating for four. (additional camping chairs can be brought out to the balcony)

1. Management fee is $145. This covers you for damage protection meaning any damage done to the unit during your stay. Trust us, working with Airbnb on the damage claim process is not a fun time and we do not want them to pursue you for any incidental damages that we have to claim. This allows us to collect directly from our own insurance carrier and gives you the peace of mind if anything gets broken during your stay.

We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the moneys received will be refunded as follows:
a) 100% if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
b) 50% if cancelled 30 days prior to Check-in Date
c) If a reservation is cancelled by the Guest less than 30 days from the Check-in date, the renter will forgo all refund amounts. If you choose to dispute this, it must be in writing and the homeowner will review each case and make a determination as to the amount refunded.
For online reservations: your cancellation policy is the one you agreed to at the time of your booking. This cancellation policy above applies to personal bookings that are done through us.
** Please note payment processing companies are not out to help small businesses. When we process your card they take the 3% processing fee from us. If we refund you, they will still keep the processing fee. Because of this we have to make it known to our guests that should you cancel at any point the 3% card processing fee is non-refundable.
