Welcome to the resort style private residential condominium of St. Maarten. This is a very sought after condo building because of its resort style amenities.
As you walk in the door you will immediately realize how spacious the layout is. Immediately to your left and right are the back two bedrooms each featuring a king bedroom, dress, smart tv, and their own private bathrooms. One of the bathroom is a walk in shower, the other bathroom is a shower/tub combo.
As you proceed into the condo the laundry room will be on your next left proceeded by the kitchen, dining, and living rooms straight ahead.
The kitchen boasts cherry wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and black granite countertops complete with all of your dish-ware, silverware, and small basic kitchen amenities.
Outside of the kitchen is the dining area with a gorgeous low top wood table with seating for 6 and additional kitchen bar seating for 4.
Next to the dining room is the living room which has a couch & loveseat combo situated around a coffee table and a large smart tv. In the living room is direct access the Oceanview balcony with panoramic views of the ocean and coastline.
To the right of the living room is the master bedroom featuring a king bedroom set, private balcony access, and the master bath complete with a garden tub, large walk in shower, his/her sinks, and a walk in closet.
The private balcony overlooks all of Daytona Beach including a complete view of the ocean and sunset. Absolutely gorgeous panoramic views with seating for four. (additional camping chairs can be brought out to the balcony)

This coverage applies to the vast majority of accidental damage that could occur during your visit. This approach benefits both sides: 1.) No large security deposit required – making check-in simpler and more affordable for you. 2.) Streamlined damage resolution – if something happens, it allows for a straightforward and honest process without tension or finger-pointing. We chose this route because we want every guest to feel secure and supported, even if an unexpected “oops” happens. It’s just one of the ways we go the extra mile to create an stress-free experience.

EARLY CHECK IN: Is not available (if the unit is ready earlier, our check in agent will let you know)
LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals at a residential building. ** 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50 ** 12am+: $100**

PARKING:
You do not have any reserved garage parking. You will have access to two parking spots in the first come first serve spots located in the outdoor parking deck.
KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.
We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.
