Beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom pool home right across the road from the River and two blocks from the beach. Home is complete with a large heated pool, hot tub, and bicycles
As you pull into the driveway of this endearing quaint beach home you will immediately notice the charm it has. As you walk into the home you will be treated with an entry platform. To your right is the garage, straight in front of you is hall that splits two directions; to your right is the front bedroom and to the left is the living room with a full bath straight head.
The second bedroom to your right consists of a queen bed, smart tv, dresser, and a closet. Outside of this bedroom is access to the second full bathroom with consists of a single vanity and a walk in shower.
Moving to the living room you have a large three seat sofa and an extremely comfortable recliner perfectly situated over a wall mounted 55" smart tv. In this open floor plan you having the dining room and the fully loaded kitchen which is complete with all of your cooking necessities as well as all stainless steel appliances.
From the living room you can head out to the Florida sunroom that duals as a third bedroom if needed. The sunroom has a full size sofa futon bed as well as a wall mounted smart tv and sliding door access out to the pool deck / backyard.
Back to the living room you will see an entrance that leads to the master bedroom but before you pass through to that bedroom you will see a dedicated work space that has a desk and two chairs perfect for anyone who needs to work while on vacation.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, his/hers nightstands, a wall mounted smart tv, and a private master bath that is complete with a vanity, large walk in shower, large walk in closet, and to the back of the bathroom is another room where the laundry room is located as well as a private access door to the pool deck.
The pool deck boasts a huge back yard with a large heated swimming pool and a hot tub as well outdoor furniture perfect for relaxing in the Florida sun after coming back from the beach. In the front of the home is some Adirondack chairs facing the river where you can watch the sunset as dolphins swim through the Intracoastal.
In the garage is 4 beach cruiser bicycles that are perfect for riding over to the beach, riding to your favorite nearby restaurant, or simply going for a scenic ride down the road.

**OTHER THINGS TO NOTE**
Minimum age: 25 - (this means the primary renter needs to be over 25)
1. Management fee is $125. This covers you for damage protection meaning any damage done to the unit during your stay. We do not want them to pursue you for any incidental damages that we have to claim. This allows us to collect directly from our own insurance carrier and gives you the peace of mind if anything gets broken during your stay.

LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals.

The driveway is big enough for four vehicles. We also have available parking for trailers if needed on the backside of the home perfect for those hauling motorcycles.

We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the moneys received will be refunded as follows:
a) 100% if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
b) 50% if cancelled 30 days prior to Check-in Date
c) If a reservation is cancelled by the Guest less than 30 days from the Check-in date, the renter will forgo all refund amounts. If you choose to dispute this, it must be in writing and the homeowner will review each case and make a determination as to the amount refunded.
For online reservations: your cancellation policy is the one you agreed to at the time of your booking. This cancellation policy above applies to personal bookings that are done through us.
** Please note payment processing companies are not out to help small businesses. When we process your card they take the 3% processing fee from us. If we refund you, they will still keep the processing fee. Because of this we have to make it known to our guests that should you cancel at any point the 3% card processing fee is non-refundable.
