This beautiful riverfront million dollar home will leave you speechless from the moment you walk inside.
As you walk through the front door you will be immediately greeted with the earth tones and natural wood flowing throughout the home as you overlook the beautiful pool and dock leading out to the sunset river backdrop and calm water.
As you enter into the home straight in front of you is the floating staircase to the second floor. To your left is a lounging living room overlooking the pool and river. Also to your left is the 4th bedroom with a queen bed, wardrobe, tv, private bath, and private sliding glass door to the pool deck. This bedroom also has a sliding barn door that separates it and the private bath from the downstairs lounge area.
To the right of the stairs are beautiful gourmet chefs complete with all the kitchen amenities you could ever need and a commercial grade six burner gas stove / dual oven for the people who love to cook. The kitchen overlooks the riverfront dining room that has a dual sliding glass door to completely open up the corner of the home to the beautiful weather. The dining room has the ability to seat 6 with an additional 6 bar stools around the granite kitchen island and then ample outdoor seating as well. (Down near the kitchen is a half bath as well, and on the back side of the kitchen near the garage entry to the house is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer)
As you walk up the floating stairs to the floating walkways you will notice the magnificent natural light coming into the home. To the right is bedroom #2 is a queen bed tv, closet, and a private sliding glass door to the second floor balcony overlooking the river and the pool.
Down the hall you will find the back bedroom #3 that boasts two queen size beds, a tv, a walk in closet, and a private entry into the full bath #3. Bedroom #2 shares this bath with #3 and they both have an entrance. One from the hall and one from the #3 bedroom.
In the hall there is also a half bath right before the master bedroom entry.
Walking into the huge master bedroom you will be amazed by the massive picture window overlooking the River. Inside you have a huge walk-in closet, private bath, huge tv, and private sliding glass door to the second floor balcony overlooking the pool.
The property is uniquely private with fences on both sides keeping privacy at a maximum from nearby homes.
The outside of the home has an in ground saltwater pool as well as an outdoor gas grill/kitchen prep area. The home has several pool loungers, a beautiful lounging sofa, a picnic table situated on top of the artificial turf, and a huge dock with chairs at the end for a peaceful serene end to your day while the sun drops beneath the tree tops.
guests will have complete access to the home.
Situated closed to the boon docks restaurant. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Peninsula Dr is a busy road on the island.

1. Management fee is $125. This covers you for damage protection meaning any damage done to the unit during your stay. Trust us, working with Airbnb on the damage claim process is not a fun time and we do not want them to pursue you for any incidental damages that we have to claim. This allows us to collect directly from our own insurance carrier and gives you the peace of mind if anything gets broken during your stay.
EARLY CHECK IN: we will try to accommodate however it is entirely dependent on how the previous guest treated the unit. Once our cleaners get in at 10am they can let us know if it's possible to have the unit ready by 1-2pm. If it is not possible we will refund you.

LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals.

No pets are allowed.
KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.
We provided a starter kit of household items; trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and bar soap. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the moneys received will be refunded as follows:
a) 100% if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
b) 50% if cancelled 30 days prior to Check-in Date
c) If a reservation is cancelled by the Guest less than 30 days from the Check-in date, the renter will forgo all refund amounts. If you choose to dispute this, it must be in writing and the homeowner will review each case and make a determination as to the amount refunded.
For online reservations: your cancellation policy is the one you agreed to at the time of your booking. This cancellation policy above applies to personal bookings that are done through us.
** Please note payment processing companies are not out to help small businesses. When we process your card they take the 3% processing fee from us. If we refund you, they will still keep the processing fee. Because of this we have to make it known to our guests that should you cancel at any point the 3% card processing fee is non-refundable.
Damage coverage is included within the Administration Fee.
