This is a well known & well established gorgeous Sunset condo in Daytona's most prestigious rental condominium. (No Oceanview)
As you walk in the front door of the condo into the unit you will walk right under the rotunda ceiling. Right in front of you is the dining room and immediately to your right is a hall that walks into the second bedroom which features two full size beds, a smart tv, and a private balcony entrance/exit. There is also a private door to the second bathroom.
Coming back out of the second bedroom puts you back into the dining room. To the left of the dining room is the luxury kitchen which features all white furniture grade cabinetry, black granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The perfect kitchen away from home.
The dining room boasts a gorgeous high top dining room table. To your right of the dining room is the living room which includes a beautiful leather sectional couch situated around a large wall mounted smart tv. There is a Riverview balcony entrance and exit from the living room.
The master bedroom includes a king size bed, dresser, smart tv, walk in closet, and a private master bathroom which includes a his/her vanity, large walk in shower, and a garden tub.
The wrap around balcony is a huge (350 soft) and has magnificent views of the sunset. Not only is the patio furniture perfect for relaxing but the electric grill will make that amazing beach day that much better!

Ocean Vistas is widely considered Daytona Beaches most luxurious rental. Because of that Ocean Vistas has gorgeous amenities that pair with the beautiful units perfectly.

Fully protected sun deck with outdoor patio furniture for you and the whole family to sunbathe if the beach side is windy.

The back deck has a 80 ft heated infinity pool and opposite it on the other side has an infinity hot tub spa. The back deck also has numerous seating arrangements to enjoy the fire-pit and the the view of the ocean waves rolling in.
Needless to say you will be living in absolute paradise during your entire trip
*** OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ***
Minimum age: 25
1. Management fee is $125. This covers you for damage protection meaning any damage done to the unit during your stay. Trust us, working with Airbnb OR VRBO on the damage claim process is not a fun time and we do not want them to pursue you for any incidental damages that we have to claim. This allows us to collect directly from our own insurance carrier and gives you the peace of mind if anything gets broken during your stay.
CHECK IN:
4pm-8pm
EARLY CHECK IN: we will try to accommodate however it is entirely dependent on how the previous guest treated the unit. Once our cleaners get in at 10am they can let us know if it's possible to have the unit ready by 1-2pm. If it is not possible we will refund you.
** $30 (1-2pm)
LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals. We just pass the charge on to the guest.
** 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50
** 12am+: $100
PARKING:
We get two parking spots in the garage with a 6’7 clearance. If you’re oversized you will need to research other area parking

KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.
We provided a starter kit of household items; trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and bar soap. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the moneys received will be refunded as follows:
a) 100% if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
b) 50% if cancelled 30 days prior to Check-in Date
c) If a reservation is cancelled by the Guest less than 30 days from the Check-in date, the renter will forgo all refund amounts. If you choose to dispute this, it must be in writing and the homeowner will review each case and make a determination as to the amount refunded.
For online reservations: your cancellation policy is the one you agreed to at the time of your booking. This cancellation policy above applies to personal bookings that are done through us.
** Please note payment processing companies are not out to help small businesses. When we process your card they take the 3% processing fee from us. If we refund you, they will still keep the processing fee. Because of this we have to make it known to our guests that should you cancel at any point the 3% card processing fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
Damage coverage is included within the Administration Fee.
