Entry:
you walk through the double doors under a rotunda ceiling with a chandelier.

3rd bedroom:
To your left will be the third bedroom that has a queen bed and a beautiful desk area for any work that needs to be done while in paradise.

Kitchen:
As you proceed down the entry corridor you will come up on the gorgeous living room, off to your left is the luxury gourmet chefs kitchen that is fully loaded with amenities for your cooking needs.

Living room / Dining room:
The living room boasts gorgeous three seat couche with two designer chairs and a large flat screen tv with an upgraded cable package with direct oceanfront views and a sliding glass door to access the balcony. The dining room has a low top table with seating for 4 as well as the additional bar seating at the kitchen.

Master oceanfront suite:
To the right of the living room is the master bedroom which is fitted with a king size bed, a wall mounted flatscreen TV with that upgraded cable package, walk in closet, private balcony entrance. The private master bathroom has a garden tub, his & her vanities, and a large walk in shower.

2nd oceanfront suite:
To the left of the living room is the dining area, entry to the half bath, a a door to the 2nd bedroom which boasts a king size bed, flat screen wall mounted TV with cable, and a private balcony entrance. A private bathroom is attached that has a beautiful vanity with a large walk in shower.

Balcony:
This 400+ sqft balcony has a multi-million dollar view of the ocean that is unmatched anywhere else along the coast. The balcony features an Kenyon electric outdoor grill with outdoor seating that overlooks the unobstructed views of the Atlantic ocean.

Ocean Vistas is widely considered Daytona Beaches most luxurious rental. Because of that Ocean Vistas has gorgeous amenities that pair with the beautiful units perfectly.

Full size oceanfront community room with commercial ice machine, large flat screen cable tv, and billiards.

Fully protected sun deck with outdoor patio furniture for you and the whole family to sunbath if the beach side is windy.

Full size business conference center with a conference table that seats 8 and printing capabilities.

The back deck has a 80ft heated infinity pool and opposite it on the other side has an infinity hot tub spa. The back deck also has numerous seating arrangements to enjoy the fire-pit and the the view of the ocean waves rolling in.

Needless to say you will be living in absolute paradise during your entire trip

The entire condo is yours to use minus an owners closet in the master bedroom.

Minimum age: 25 (minimum age of primary renter)

1. Management fee is $145. In being as transparent as possible with this fee. This covers you for any incidental damage done to the unit during your stay. Airbnb has a policy for hosts called the "host guarantee" for any damages done by a guest but when needing to file a damage claim Airbnb makes the host aim that claim at the guest. Airbnb then wants the guest to foot the bill and if they don't then Airbnb steps in and may or may not pay for the full amount of whatever was damaged. Because of this we have sought outside coverage for guest incidentals to make sure us and you as a guest are covered from minor and major oops scenarios.

CARPET: Take your shoes off when on the carpeted areas of the home.

LATE CHECK IN FEE:
This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals at a residential building.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 am

PARKING:
We get one reserved parking spot in the garage that has a 6'7 ft clearance. We get an additional parking pass to the available first come first spots in the same garage. No outdoor parking. No trailers.

CHECKOUT LIST:
1. Wash & dry one load of towels (no folding needed)
2. Put dishes in dishwasher and start prior to leaving
3. Strip beds that were used and leave next to the bed
4. Take the trash out
5. Set AC back to 78
6. Make sure sliding doors are closed
7. All keys/fobs left on the table
8. Report if anything was broke or lost during your stay
9. Let Lucas know once you have departed

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the moneys received will be refunded as follows:
a) 100% if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
b) 50% if cancelled 30 days prior to Check-in Date
c) If a reservation is cancelled by the Guest less than 30 days from the Check-in date, the renter will forgo all refund amounts. If you choose to dispute this, it must be in writing and the homeowner will review each case and make a determination as to the amount refunded.
For online reservations: your cancellation policy is the one you agreed to at the time of your booking. This cancellation policy above applies to personal bookings that are done through us.

** Please note payment processing companies are not out to help small businesses. When we process your card they take the 3% processing fee from us. If we refund you, they will still keep the processing fee. Because of this we have to make it known to our guests that should you cancel at any point the 3% card processing fee is non-refundable.
