Ocean Vistas is like walking into a world class resort. The wide interior corridor leads to this luxurious 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom luxurious condo.
Ocean Vistas offers the ultimate in luxury oceanfront living. This elegant residence offers a double door entry under a rotunda ceiling. Split floor plan. 9`4 interior ceiling. Crown molding.
Entry:
you walk through the double doors under a rotunda ceiling with a chandelier.
3rd bedroom:
To your right will be the third bedroom that has a queen bed and a 55” smart tv.
Kitchen:
As you proceed down the entry corridor you will come up on the gorgeous living room, off to your right is the luxury gourmet chefs kitchen that is fully loaded with amenities for your cooking needs.
Living room / Dining room:
The living room boasts gorgeous Italian leather couches and a 55” smart tv with direct oceanfront views and a sliding glass door to access the balcony. The dining room has a low top table with seating for 6 as well as the additional bar seating at the kitchen.
Master bedroom:
To the left of the living room is the master bedroom which is fitted with a king size bed, Italian leather loveseat, 55” smart TV, walk in closet, private balcony entrance. The private master bathroom has a garden tub, his & her vanities, and a large walk in shower.
2nd bedroom:
To the right of the living room is dining area, entry to the half bath, and a door to the 2nd bedroom which boasts a queen size bed, a memory foam futon, a 55” smart TV, and a private balcony entrance. A private bathroom is attached that has a beautiful vanity with a large walk in shower.
Balcony:
The balcony has a multi-million dollar view of the ocean that is unmatched anywhere else along the coast. The balcony features an Kenyon electric outdoor grill with outdoor seating that overlooks the unobstructed views of the Atlantic ocean.

Full size oceanfront fitness center with a hot sauna
Full size oceanfront community room with commercial ice machine, large flat screen cable tv, and billiards.
Fully protected sun deck with outdoor patio furniture for you and the whole family to sunbath if the beach side is windy.
Full size business conference center with a conference table that seats 8 and printing capabilities.
The back deck has a 80ft heated infinity pool and opposite it on the other side has an infinity hot tub spa. The back deck also has numerous seating arrangements to enjoy the fire-pit and the the view of the ocean waves rolling in.
Needless to say you will be living in absolute paradise during your entire trip
The entire condo is available to the guest.

Minimum age: 25
1. The cleaning fee is $200. Some may think this is high. We have realized it is difficult to find good cleaners and because of this we do not think $25/hour per cleaner for two cleaners that spend 4-5 hours in the unit is unreasonable.
2. Management fee is $125. This covers you for travel protection and any damage done to the unit. Trust us, working with Airbnb on the damage claim process is not a fun time and we do not want them to pursue you for any incidental damages that we have to claim. This allows us to collect directly from our own insurance carrier and gives you the peace of mind if anything gets broken during your stay.
CHECK IN:
4pm-8pm
EARLY CHECK IN: we will try to accommodate however it is entirely dependent on how the previous guest treated the unit. Once our cleaners get in at 10am they can let us know if it's possible to have the unit ready by 1-2pm. If it is not possible we will refund you.
** $30 (1-2pm)
LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged by our condo association for "after hours" arrivals. We just pass the charge on to the guest.
** 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50
** 12am+: $100
PETS:
NO PETS
KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.
We provided a starter kit of household items; trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and bar soap. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the moneys received will be refunded as follows:
a) 100% if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
b) 50% if cancelled 30 days prior to Check-in Date
c) If a reservation is cancelled by the Guest less than 30 days from the Check-in date, the renter will forgo all refund amounts. If you choose to dispute this, it must be in writing and the homeowner will review each case and make a determination as to the amount refunded.
For online reservations: your cancellation policy is the one you agreed to at the time of your booking. This cancellation policy above applies to personal bookings that are done through us.
** Please note payment processing companies are not out to help small businesses. When we process your card they take the 3% processing fee from us. If we refund you, they will still keep the processing fee. Because of this we have to make it known to our guests that should you cancel at any point the 3% card processing fee is non-refundable.

The place is great, right on the water with a large balcony. It's beautiful. Easily the nicest Airbnb I have stayed in. They just put in new floors which smelled, but I'm sure it won't be that way very long.
Beautiful place to stay
Great place to stay! Close to restaurants and shops. We did “The Slingshot”, went parasailing and even went skydiving. Highly recommend renting a golf cart to drive on the beach and maybe stop for a drink or meal at Crabby Joes.
This condo was beautiful and huge and the balcony is amazing! We will definitely be coming back!

This was a great place to stay with big group and kids. Right on the beach. Very clean stay, well stocked and a very available host. Lucas was prompt to respond and very helpful. A great place for families. For a first time Air BnB customer we had a wonderful experience with the host and our stay.
My family stayed in this condo for a week and we were absolutely in love. It was beautiful, spacious, clean and had such a perfect view ! The residents in the building were not so great especially the person that parked in the spot beside us but other than that it was absolutely amazing ! we will definitely be back next year !! thank you so much to lucas for everything ! He was quick to respond and help with anything needed !
Such a nice place with a beautiful view!
The condo is beautiful and super clean. Check-in was very easy & Lucas is great to work with. Balcony is the perfect spot to relax , watch the sunrise or just people watch. It's an easy walk down the beach to the pier or Main Street or a short drive. Will definitely stay here again.
