THE UNIT:

Beautiful 3,000 sqft+ luxury condo with dual balconies that have an additional 800+ sqft of space overlooking the ocean waves AND the sunset! YES a double balcony!! The largest in Daytona Beach!

Ocean Vistas is a world class private residential condominium building. From the moment you walk into this unit you will immediately notice the attention to detail in every room.

As you walk through the french door entry to your left is a small half bath powder room and to your right the elegantly designed master bedroom with customized furniture, king bed, office desk, a large smart tv with cable, and his/her walk in closets with complete closet organization systems. Attached to the master bedroom is a private balcony entrance and exit as well as a private master bathroom that Is complete with his/her vanities, a large all in shower, and a garden tub.

Walking out of the master bedroom takes a right and you will walk underneath a beautiful rotunda ceiling. The floorplan splits here; to your right takes you to the beautifully decorated family room and to your left will take you to the back bedrooms and past a small dining area overlooking the gourmet chef's kitchen and the sunset balcony entrance.

Bedroom #2 straight in the back is the second master suite with a king size bed, double closets, dresser, smart tv, private bath with a walk in shower, and large windows with plantation shutters that allow a beautiful view of the river with a sunset backdrop in the evening.

Bedroom #3 is located down the same hall as #2 and inside are two double beds with a smart tv, walk-in closet, dresser, and private bath with a shower/tub combo.

As you walk from the back bedrooms out toward come into the gourmet chefs kitchen that is complete with a Cafe wall oven, Cafe microwave, and Cafe fridge as well as an electric Cafe induction stove top & range, Cafe dishwasher as well as a 57 bottle GE Monogram wine cooler perfect for any beverage. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you would need to cook a perfect dinner for yourself or your family.

The kitchen is an open floor plan with bar seating on either side. From the kitchen you can overlook the gorgeous family room as well as a picture perfect view of the ocean through the floor to ceiling sliding glass door/windows. The family room features another small dining area as well as a large couch with two chairs situated around a smart tv with an awesome view of the ocean from every angle.

1. Management fee is $145. This covers you for damage protection meaning any damage done to the unit during your stay. Trust us, working with Airbnb on the damage claim process is not a fun time and we do not want them to pursue you for any incidental damages that we have to claim. This allows us to collect directly from our own insurance carrier and gives you the peace of mind if anything gets broken during your stay.

We get one parking spot in the garage that has a 7’0ft clearance. We get a second parking pass for a first come first serve spot in the lower garage that has a 6'7ft clearance. If you’re oversized you will need to research other area parking. No trailers.

KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.

We provided a starter kit of household items; trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and bar soap. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the moneys received will be refunded as follows:
a) 100% if cancelled 90 days prior to the Check-in Date.
b) 50% if cancelled 60 days prior to Check-in Date
c) 25% if cancelled 30 days prior to Check-in Date
c) If a reservation is cancelled by the Guest less than 29 days from the Check-in date, the renter will forgo all refund amounts. If you choose to dispute this, it must be in writing and the homeowner will review each case and make a determination as to the amount refunded.
For online reservations: your cancellation policy is the one you agreed to at the time of your booking. This cancellation policy above applies to personal bookings that are done through us.

** Please note payment processing companies are not out to help small businesses. When we process your card they take the 3% processing fee from us. If we refund you, they will still keep the processing fee. Because of this we have to make it known to our guests that should you cancel at any point the 3% card processing fee is non-refundable.
