1. The cleaning fee is $175. Some may think this is high. We have realized it is difficult to find good cleaners and because of this we do not think $25/hour per cleaner for two cleaners that spend 4-5 hours in the unit is unreasonable.
2. Management fee is $125. This covers you for travel protection and any damage done to the unit. Trust us, working with Airbnb on the damage claim process is not a fun time and we do not want them to pursue you for any incidental damages that we have to claim. This allows us to collect directly from our own insurance carrier and gives you the peace of mind if anything gets broken during your stay.

EARLY CHECK IN: we will try to accommodate however it is entirely dependent on how the previous guest treated the unit. Once our cleaners get in at 10am they can let us know if it's possible to have the unit ready by 1-2pm. If it is not possible we will refund you.
** $30 (1-2pm)
LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged by our condo association for "after hours" arrivals. We just pass the charge on to the guest.
** 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50
** 12am+: $100

We provided a starter kit of household items; trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and bar soap. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the moneys received will be refunded as follows:
a) 100% if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
b) 50% if cancelled 30 days prior to Check-in Date
c) If a reservation is cancelled by the Guest less than 30 days from the Check-in date, the renter will forgo all refund amounts. If you choose to dispute this, it must be in writing and the homeowner will review each case and make a determination as to the amount refunded.
For online reservations: your cancellation policy is the one you agreed to at the time of your booking. This cancellation policy above applies to personal bookings that are done through us.
** Please note payment processing companies are not out to help small businesses. When we process your card they take the 3% processing fee from us. If we refund you, they will still keep the processing fee. Because of this we have to make it known to our guests that should you cancel at any point the 3% card processing fee is non-refundable.

Great stay. The beach access is perfect. The condo was clean and very roomy. The Master was a nice retreat. Everyone made the check in process very easy. We came into town for a festival so we didn't spend too much time in the area, but I wish we had another day to relax by the pool.
This condominium was beautiful, the amenities were great and the location was perfect. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation with the beach in your backyard, I’d highly recommend this spot!

This was such a beautiful and clean place to stay. We were there for about 9 days and between being right on the strip as well as the beach, there was so many fun things to do! Great location and atmosphere. Lucas was very friendly and helpful! 10/10 recommend staying here!
This condo was absolutely the perfect place for a stress-free getaway, as Lucas was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the week. Everything was perfectly clean and more than enough was provided including extra beach towels, a full kitchen, and even some extra beach accessories. There was so much room for everyone to stay comfortably, including the balcony. The location was beautiful as it was just a few minutes walk from the boardwalk, restaurants and even nightlife, not to mention steps away from a perfect beach. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in doubt!
We had the best family vacation here!! The location was amazing! The pool and beach access were literally steps away!Communication was so fast and accurate! There were beach toys, chairs, boogie boards! It was super spacious with 4 kiddos in tow! Would go back in a heartbeat!!

What a great condo! Loved the wrap around porch and sunset views. The kitchen was well equipped. The unit was clean and just as described in the pictures. The building staff was very friendly. We loved biking and walking on the beach. Lucas was quick to respond to any questions.

We have been visiting Daytona Beach every year for 5 years. This was the best stay yet!
Communication was quick and on point.
And I really loved that the apartment is packed with everything you’ll need and more ( finally was happy to find a blender in a rental apartment:)).
The apartment is very spacious, with tons of storage so it’s very comfortable to stay for a longer period of time.

Everything was Awesome. Lucas was a great host.
Please add blinds or drapes that shut out light, there was hair, (pubic and dog), all over the floor, the place felt dirty to cleaner guests like us. The check in experience wasn’t pleasant, the web site said check in was 10 am the day we showed up, and I had to pay $40 extra dollars, that you made me pay, to get in a few hours early, and found the place to be dirty, with a sign that was pink and said “Welcome Jody....or whoever it was that wasn’t us”. The requirements for check out are high considering the cleaning fee and for a place that smelled like the last tenant and had a lot of their DNA (hair and dirt) left over. The traffic below was insanely loud and kept us up.
Sorry I can’t give you a five star, it wasn’t even close to a five star experience. I gave it a three. It was the least pleasant part of my trip to Florida. We went to Universal, Disney World, NASCAR, the beach and the condo was the least pleasant part. I wouldn’t book with you again, unfortunately. Best of luck.

Great spacious place. Kitchen is stuffed with plenty tools. A lot of extra accessories to use, including, beach chairs and more. Huge balcony with grill ,we loved it. Will definitely come back. 🙂

Amazing place to stay! Amenities were fantastic, everything was extremely clean and the kitchen had all the gadgets you need for eating in. Unit was very spacious and comfortable for the whole family. Pool was clean and lots of places to sit. Beach access was perfect for taking items up and down and spraying off the sand. We will definitely book again!
