This is a well known & well established gorgeous Oceanview condo in Daytona's most prestigious rental condominium.
As you walk in the front door of the condo into the unit you will walk right under the rotunda ceiling and into the living room which boats a gorgeous dining room table. To your right is living room which includes two couches, a recliner, and a massage chair as well as a large smart tv, a large electric fire place, and a balcony sliding glass entrance/exit door.
On the opposite side of the living room is the entrance to the highly touted gourmet chefs kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and plenty of cooking amenities.
The master bedroom includes a king size bed, dresser, smart tv, walk in closet, and a private master bathroom which includes a his/her vanity, large walk in shower, and a jetted garden tub.
The guest bedroom includes two double beds, dresser, smart tv, private access to the 2nd bathroom which has a tub/shower combo. this room also has private balcony access.
The balcony is a huge 350 sqft balcony that has magnificent views of the sunset while being able to see the ocean as well. No only is the patio furniture perfect for relaxing but the electric grill will make that amazing beach day that much better!

Fully protected sun deck with outdoor patio furniture for you and the whole family to sunbathe if the beach side is windy.
Full size business conference center with a conference table that seats 8 and printing capabilities.
The back deck has a 80 ft heated infinity pool and opposite it on the other side has an infinity hot tub spa. The back deck also has numerous seating arrangements to enjoy the fire-pit and the the view of the ocean waves rolling in.
Needless to say you will be living in absolute paradise during your entire trip

***** OTHER THINGS TO NOTE *****
Minimum age: 25
1. The cleaning fee is $185. Some may think this is high. We have realized it is difficult to find good cleaners and because of this we do not think $25/hour per cleaner for two cleaners that spend 4-5 hours in the unit is unreasonable.
2. Admin fee is $125. This covers you for damage protection done to the unit. Trust us, working with the booking sites on the damage claim process is not a fun time and we do not want them to pursue you for any incidental damages that we may have to claim. This allows us to collect directly from our own insurance carrier and gives you the peace of mind if anything gets broken during your stay.

4pm-8pm
EARLY CHECK IN: we will try to accommodate however it is entirely dependent on how the previous guest treated the unit. Once our cleaners get in at 10am they can let us know if it's possible to have the unit ready by 1-2pm. If it is not possible we will refund you.
** $30 (1-2pm)
LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged by our condo association for "after hours" arrivals. We just pass the charge on to the guest.
** 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50
** 12am+: $100
PETS:
No pets.
KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.
We provided a starter kit of household items; trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and bar soap. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the moneys received will be refunded as follows:
a) 100% if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
b) 50% if cancelled 30 days prior to Check-in Date
c) If a reservation is cancelled by the Guest less than 30 days from the Check-in date, the renter will forgo all refund amounts. If you choose to dispute this, it must be in writing and the homeowner will review each case and make a determination as to the amount refunded.
For online reservations: your cancellation policy is the one you agreed to at the time of your booking. This cancellation policy above applies to personal bookings that are done through us.
** Please note payment processing companies are not out to help small businesses. When we process your card they take the 3% processing fee from us. If we refund you, they will still keep the processing fee. Because of this we have to make it known to our guests that should you cancel at any point the 3% card processing fee is non-refundable.
