This is a well known & well established gorgeous Sunset condo in Daytona's most prestigious rental condominium. (No Oceanview)
As you walk in the front door of the condo into the unit you will walk right under the rotunda ceiling. right in front of you is the dining room and immediately to your right is a hall that walks into the second bedroom which features a full size bed next to a twin/full bunk bed, a smart tv, and private balcony entrance/exit. There is also a private door to the second bathroom.
Coming back out of the bedroom puts you back into the dining room. To the left of the dining room is a fully loaded gourmet chefs kitchen with very kitchen amenity you could think of and from the kitchen is the laundry room.
The dining room boasts a gorgeous high top dining room table. To your right the dining room is the living room which includes two couches, a chair, a large smart tv, a large electric fire place, and a balcony sliding glass entrance/exit door.
The master bedroom includes a king size bed, dresser, smart tv, walk in closet, and a private master bathroom which includes a his/her vanity, large walk in shower, and a jetted garden tub.
The balcony is a huge 350 sqft balcony that has magnificent views of the sunset. No only is the patio furniture perfect for relaxing but the electric grill will make that amazing beach day that much better!

You can get around the neighborhood via uber/lyft, rent a golf cart or a scooter, tax a taxi, or rent car. We get two underground secured parking spots (your vehicle must be shorter then 6'7) if it is taller or you have more then two vehicles you can park in overflow outdoor parking across the road.

1. The cleaning fee is $200. Some may think this is high. We have realized it is difficult to find good cleaners and because of this we do not think $25/hour per cleaner for two cleaners that spend 4-5 hours in the unit is unreasonable.
2. Management fee is $125. This covers you for travel protection and any damage done to the unit. Trust us, working with Airbnb on the damage claim process is not a fun time and we do not want them to pursue you for any incidental damages that we have to claim. This allows us to collect directly from our own insurance carrier and gives you the peace of mind if anything gets broken during your stay.

EARLY CHECK IN: we will try to accommodate however it is entirely dependent on how the previous guest treated the unit. Once our cleaners get in at 10am they can let us know if it's possible to have the unit ready by 1-2pm. If it is not possible we will refund you.
** $30 (1-2pm)
LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged by our condo association for "after hours" arrivals. We just pass the charge on to the guest.

We provided a starter kit of household items; trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and bar soap. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the moneys received will be refunded as follows:
a) 100% if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
b) 50% if cancelled 30 days prior to Check-in Date
c) If a reservation is cancelled by the Guest less than 30 days from the Check-in date, the renter will forgo all refund amounts. If you choose to dispute this, it must be in writing and the homeowner will review each case and make a determination as to the amount refunded.
For online reservations: your cancellation policy is the one you agreed to at the time of your booking. This cancellation policy above applies to personal bookings that are done through us.
** Please note payment processing companies are not out to help small businesses. When we process your card they take the 3% processing fee from us. If we refund you, they will still keep the processing fee. Because of this we have to make it known to our guests that should you cancel at any point the 3% card processing fee is non-refundable.

Awesome location. Beautiful views, easy access to the beach. Parking was a breeze, I honestly could not have been happier, the place really made my biketoberfest vacation much better!!!
Very nice condo. We had a very nice time with lots of laughs and lots of memories. The unit itself is very nice, clean and fully equipped with everything you should need. Everyone was so nice from the staff to the guests. The master suit was perfect especially when your traveling with a baby. We had space for all his stuff. Only complaint is that the wifi connection wasn’t strong enough to use a hatch sound machine. (My baby is high maintenance)
We were sad that it was over and half of us would have tried to extend our trip but someone was checking in the day we checked out.
Side note: I do not recommend Crabby’s Oceanside. The food and staff were extremely unimpressive.
Lucas was an amazing host and the condo was PERFECT. Highly recommend this beautiful condo for your travels to Daytona. The facilities were better than I could’ve expected!
Ocean Vistas was a great place to stay. The pool faced the ocean , easy access to beach. Great fitness area and community room. Clean and well taken care of. Unit had everything we needed to eat in and just relax. Elevators n the building was great for those who are unable to do to many stairs. Overall experience was awesome.
Nice property at a great location with lots of room for a family. Pool and beach and local restaurants combine for a great stay.
This is great place. Very spacious with everything you need. We had trouble with the ice maker but Lucas came by promptly to fix it — ice had just gotten jammed in a crevice.

Our stay in this beachside condo was nothing short of amazing! The amenities like beach gear, easy access to the pool and beach and views from the condo left us all impressed! I would highly recommend staying in this unit if you will be in the area.

Exceptional place to stay during the 2 weeks we were racing between daytona and new symrna.. goid place to relax after long days at track. The place was very secure, clean and close to everything beachside. Will stay again for sure

This is a spacious, comfortable, nicely stocked and decorated condo. Lucas gave us an informative familiarization tour of the Ocean Vistas complex as well as the condo itself.
My family and I absolutely loved the condo. We love that this condo had space for us to stretch out and relax. Lucas was great; the tour upon arrival helped tremendously and he was quick to respond when we reached out to him prior to and during the trip. The pool and spa was a beautiful place to relax with the beach and ocean just steps away. I know my family and I will be back in the future.

Beautiful place. Convenient to all stores, shopping & food. The pool area was great, the kitchen had most things you need. Overall it was a great space in a great location.
