This fully renovated Miami Modern condo is nicknamed "Big Wave." The very second you walk through the double door entry you will feel like you are in absolute paradise surrounding by nothing but luxurious furnishings and decor making for the absolute perfect vacation on the ocean.
"Big Wave" is one of the highest end rental condo's in Daytona Beach. Professionally designed Miami Modern appeal it will leave you speechless from the moment you arrive.
Lets take a POV tour through the home.
You walk through the double door entry, straight ahead is the beautiful Miami Modern living room but immediately on your left is the 3rd bedroom that is a beach themed bunk bed room for the kids.
As you walk further into the condo on your left is the beautiful completely renovated gourmet chefs kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and numerous amenities that should bed more then enough for all of your cooking needs.
Through the kitchen you will find the full size laundry room.
As you work out of the kitchen into the dining area and living room you will see the white Miami modern aesthetic throughout. The dining table seats six with additional bar top seating for four. The living room has a gorgeous white leather couch with modern white/chrome accent chairs overlooking a wall mounted smart tv as well as the beautiful view of the ocean that can be access through the living room balcony entrance/exit.
To your right is the master bedroom featuring a king bed, wall mounted smart tv, walk in closets, and your own private oceanfront balcony entrance/exit. Through the master bedroom is the master bathroom which feature his/her sinks, a garden tub, and a large walk in shower.
On the opposite side of the living room is the guest bedroom #2, which features a king bed, private bathroom with a walk in shower, wall mounted smart tv, and a private oceanfront balcony entrance/exit.
The oceanfront balcony is HUGE. Complete with a cabana big enough for three and an outdoor dining table that can seat six. It does not stop there, on the balcony is a Weber electric grill for that grill master that wants to watch the ocean waves roll in while they grill up a meal for their friends and family.
OCEAN VISTAS COMPLEX:
Ocean Vistas Condominium is widely considered to be Daytona Beach's "Crown Jewel" of vacation rentals. Nothing else comes close in comparison. Ocean Vistas features a 75ft heated pool, a hot tub/spa, an oceanfront fitness center complete with a sauna, a community room with billiards for a rainy day, a sun deck, and a business conference center for those who need to work while on vacation.
You will have access to the entire unit and complex amenities.

Minimum age: 25
1. The cleaning fee is $210. Some may think this is high. We have realized it is difficult to find good cleaners and because of this we do not think $25/hour per cleaner for two cleaners that spend 4-5 hours in the unit is unreasonable.
2. Admin fee is $125. This covers you for travel protection and any damage done to the unit. Trust us, working with the booking sites on the damage claim process is not a fun time and we do not want them to pursue you for any incidental damages that we may have to claim. This allows us to collect directly from our own insurance carrier and gives you the peace of mind if anything gets broken during your stay.
CHECK IN:
4pm-8pm
EARLY CHECK IN: we will try to accommodate however it is entirely dependent on how the previous guest treated the unit. Once our cleaners get in at 10am they can let us know if it's possible to have the unit ready by 1-2pm. If it is not possible we will refund you.
** $30 (1-2pm)
LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged by our condo association for "after hours" arrivals. We just pass the charge on to the guest.
** 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50
** 12am+: $100
PETS:
No Pets.
KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.
We provided a starter kit of household items; trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and bar soap. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the moneys received will be refunded as follows:
a) 100% if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
b) 50% if cancelled 30 days prior to Check-in Date
c) If a reservation is cancelled by the Guest less than 30 days from the Check-in date, the renter will forgo all refund amounts. If you choose to dispute this, it must be in writing and the homeowner will review each case and make a determination as to the amount refunded.
For online reservations: your cancellation policy is the one you agreed to at the time of your booking. This cancellation policy above applies to personal bookings that are done through us.
** Please note payment processing companies are not out to help small businesses. When we process your card they take the 3% processing fee from us. If we refund you, they will still keep the processing fee. Because of this we have to make it known to our guests that should you cancel at any point the 3% card processing fee is non-refundable.

The condo was clean and spacious and the view was incredible! We saw some dolphins. The heated pool is 10/10. It was so quiet and relaxing.
There was so much to do and it was all close. Check in was done with a host that gave us a tour and answered our questions. We will definitely be visiting again! Lucas was always prompt and there to help anytime.
