DIRECT OCEANFRONT UNIT WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS OF THE DAYTONA SHORELINE
Ocean Vistas is like walking into a world class resort. The wide interior corridor leads to this luxurious 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom luxurious condo.
Ocean Vistas offers the ultimate in luxury oceanfront living. This elegant residence offers a double door entry under a rotunda ceiling. Split floor plan. 9`4 interior ceiling. Crown molding.
As you walk double door entry and enter under a rotunda ceiling/chandelier.
To your right will be the third bedroom that has a queen bed and a 50” smart tv.
As you proceed down the entry corridor you will come up on the gorgeous gourmet chefs kitchen on your right off to your right that is fully loaded with amenities for your cooking needs. The full size laundry room is at the back of the kitchen.
Straight ahead down the hall will bring you right into the living room. Two couches. a chair, and a beautiful center piece surround the 65" smart tv mounted on the wall overlooking the ocean view. The living room also has a private entry/exit to your balcony
To the left of the living room is the master bedroom which is fitted with a king size bed, a couch, a 55” wall mounted smart TV, walk in closet, private balcony entrance. The private master bathroom has a garden tub, his & her vanities, and a large walk in shower.
To the right of the living room is dining area, entry to the half bath, and a door to the 2nd bedroom which boasts a queen size bed, 50” smart TV, and a private balcony entrance. A private bathroom is attached that has a beautiful vanity with a large walk in shower.
The balcony has a multi-million dollar view of the ocean that is unmatched anywhere else along the coast. The balcony features a Kenyon Yacht style outdoor grill with outdoor seating that overlooks the unobstructed views of the Atlantic ocean.

Full size oceanfront fitness center with a hot sauna
Full size oceanfront community room with commercial ice machine, large flat screen cable tv, and billiards.
Fully protected sun deck with outdoor patio furniture for you and the whole family to sunbath if the beach side is windy.
Full size business conference center with a conference table that seats 8 and printing capabilities.
The back deck has a 80ft heated infinity pool and opposite it on the other side has an infinity hot tub spa. The back deck also has numerous seating arrangements to enjoy the fire-pit and the the view of the ocean waves rolling in.
Needless to say you will be living in absolute paradise during your entire trip.
The entire place is yours. This is a private condo residence so other individuals renting other units and owners will be seen throughout the building.

1. The cleaning fee is $225. Some may think this is high. We have realized it is difficult to find good cleaners and because of this we do not think $25/hour per cleaner for two cleaners that spend 4-5 hours in the unit is unreasonable.
2. Management fee is $125. This covers you for travel protection and any damage done to the unit. Trust us, working with Airbnb on the damage claim process is not a fun time and we do not want them to pursue you for any incidental damages that we have to claim. This allows us to collect directly from our own insurance carrier and gives you the peace of mind if anything gets broken during your stay.

4pm-8pm
EARLY CHECK IN: we will try to accommodate however it is entirely dependent on how the previous guest treated the unit. Once our cleaners get in at 10am they can let us know if it's possible to have the unit ready by 1-2pm. If it is not possible we will refund you.
** $30 (1-2pm)
LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged by our condo association for "after hours" arrivals. We just pass the charge on to the guest.
** 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50
** 12am+: $100

KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.
We provided a starter kit of household items; trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and bar soap. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the moneys received will be refunded as follows:
a) 100% if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
b) 50% if cancelled 30 days prior to Check-in Date
c) If a reservation is cancelled by the Guest less than 30 days from the Check-in date, the renter will forgo all refund amounts. If you choose to dispute this, it must be in writing and the homeowner will review each case and make a determination as to the amount refunded.
For online reservations: your cancellation policy is the one you agreed to at the time of your booking. This cancellation policy above applies to personal bookings that are done through us.
** Please note payment processing companies are not out to help small businesses. When we process your card they take the 3% processing fee from us. If we refund you, they will still keep the processing fee. Because of this we have to make it known to our guests that should you cancel at any point the 3% card processing fee is non-refundable.

We have been visiting Daytona Beach yearly for almost 30 years. This condo was by far the nicest we have stayed in.
The owners are working on updating the furniture and flooring and they are doing a beautiful job. The balcony is amazing. It is made of glass so the view of the ocean was completely unobstructed. This unit felt like our home away from home.
Jennifer checked us in. She was a great tour guide. She showed us around the property and told us everything we needed to know for our stay.
Lucas was a fabulous host. I will definitely work with him in the future as well as stay in this lovely condo as long as the owners are gracious enough to keep renting it.

Beautiful condo, all the amenities, clean and everyone in the condos around us were so sweet!
What a beautiful place! The view from the large balcony was wonderful. We enjoyed cooking on the grill almost every evening as we watched the waves rolling in. The space was very well laid out with with great attention to details. The kitchen was well stocked so that meals could be prepared easily as well as entertaining guest. The closet downstairs included beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, shovels, and a wagon to carry all items to the beach. What a wonderful way to spend a week away from home!
This condo was perfect for our family and our dog! We especially loved the very large balcony!
The condo and the complex was beautiful and well maintained. Lucas went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Due to no fault of Lucas, the sliding doors had to be worked on when we were there. Lucas provided a lovely gift of good treats for the inconvenience of the work needing to be done on the doors. Lucas messaged us throughout to ensure we didn’t need anything. Great communicator! Lucas also provided us an awesome wagon and beach chairs to use at the beach. These items were appreciated. They make going to the beach much easier. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. The kitchen appliances were top of the line. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The balcony was very big. The grill on the balcony was an added benefit. It cooked up the best food. The complex had a beautiful pool and hot tub that we used nearly everyday. You can’t go wrong from renting this condo or renting anything from Lucas. Lucas understands how to provide excellent customer service!
