Ocean Vistas offers the ultimate in luxury oceanfront living. This elegant residence offers a double door entry under a rotunda ceiling. Split floor plan. 9`4 interior ceiling. Crown molding.
You walk right into the dining area where there is a dining room table that seats 8 as well as 5 additional bar chairs at the bar top. To the left of the dining room table you have a gorgeous large chef imported kitchen. Black granite covers the counters, while large cherry wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances fill the background. At the far end of the kitchen is a full laundry room with washer and dryer.
The living room is to the right of the dining room table. It boasts a gorgeous couch, loveseat, and recliner that is centered around a flat screen smart tv, as well as a private balcony entrance.
Master bedroom has an ocean view with a king size bed, flat screen smart tv, large walk-in closet, and a private balcony entrance. The private master bath has a large walk in shower with dual shower heads, his and her sinks, and a jetted garden tub.
2nd master bedroom has a queen size bed with large walk-in closet, flat screen tv, a loveseat, and a private balcony entrance. The second guest bathroom has a large walk in shower, toilet, and oversized vanity with a sink.
3rd bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen smart tv, and a private balcony entrance. This bedroom has a private entrance to the third full bathroom
4th guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with a smaller flatscreen smart tv.
Out on the balcony you have numerous seating options for not only eating but relaxing while watching the ocean waves roll in. Out on the balcony is an electric grill that was satisfy your grilling needs for your stay!

Full size oceanfront fitness center with a hot sauna
Full size oceanfront community room with commercial ice machine, large flat screen cable tv, and billiards.
Fully protected sun deck with outdoor patio furniture for you and the whole family to sunbath if the beach side is windy.
Full size business conference center with a conference table that seats 8 and printing capabilities.
The back deck has a 80ft heated infinity pool and opposite it on the other side has an infinity hot tub spa. The back deck also has numerous seating arrangements to enjoy the fire put and the ocean waves.
Needless to say you will be living in absolute paradise during your entire trip.
** you will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in.
It is a private luxury residential condo. You have the entire unit to yourself. Amenities outside of the unit are shared
taxi, uber, lyft, golf cart rentals, scooter rentals, vehicle rentals.
Minimum age: 25
1. The cleaning fee is $225. Some may think this is high. We have realized it is difficult to find good cleaners and because of this we do not think $25/hour per cleaner for two cleaners that spend 4-5 hours in the unit is unreasonable.
2. Management fee is $125. This covers you for travel protection and any damage done to the unit. Trust us, working with Airbnb on the damage claim process is not a fun time and we do not want them to pursue you for any incidental damages that we have to claim. This allows us to collect directly from our own insurance carrier and gives you the peace of mind if anything gets broken during your stay.

4pm-8pm
EARLY CHECK IN: we will try to accommodate however it is entirely dependent on how the previous guest treated the unit. Once our cleaners get in at 10am they can let us know if it's possible to have the unit ready by 1-2pm. If it is not possible we will refund you.
** $30 (1-2pm)
LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged by our condo association for "after hours" arrivals. We just pass the charge on to the guest.
** 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50
** 12am+: $100
PARKING:
You get TWO spots in our parking in our secure garage. Height is 6’8. If you have more then two vehicles or your vehicle does not fit there is parking across the street that is owned by the city.

KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.
We provided a starter kit of household items; trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and bar soap. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the moneys received will be refunded as follows:
a) 100% if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
b) 50% if cancelled 30 days prior to Check-in Date
c) If a reservation is cancelled by the Guest less than 30 days from the Check-in date, the renter will forgo all refund amounts. If you choose to dispute this, it must be in writing and the homeowner will review each case and make a determination as to the amount refunded.
For online reservations: your cancellation policy is the one you agreed to at the time of your booking. This cancellation policy above applies to personal bookings that are done through us.
** Please note payment processing companies are not out to help small businesses. When we process your card they take the 3% processing fee from us. If we refund you, they will still keep the processing fee. Because of this we have to make it known to our guests that should you cancel at any point the 3% card processing fee is non-refundable.

this was an absolute wonderful place to stay very spacious very accommodating I could not ask for anything nicer I cannot wait to rent it again in the near future and the host Lucas was unbelievable always available with any questions or Solutions and his help was greatly appreciated

The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed! Super comfy beds, extra blankets, beach towels, chairs, boogie board, everything you could need in the kitchen, breathtaking view from the balcony!
I brought my 2 year old female corgi and my sister brought her dog as well. We really loved the fenced in area for the puppies! The fenced in area even had bags for our doggies which was super convenient!
The building wasn’t over crowded and everyone that we did encounter were so friendly especially the staff!
Great pool, hot tub and outdoor showers as well!
When we weren’t on the beach we spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view. There was plenty of seating on the balcony as well ☺️ And a nice grill to use!!
10/10 This place is amazing and It’s obvious that Lucas takes great pride in what he does and goes out of his way for those who stay in his units.

great room. The other guests were super friendly and we made quite a few friends. I would say the only downside is the pool closing at 10. we usually love to sit outside and hang out at the tables with a drink at night and talk but the desk guy was pretty on point about not allowing people in the area after dark even though he was super nice about it. other than that we had amazing stay. Tons of nice people. Great view from the balcony. This was the best room I've stayed at in Daytona and we come down every year for the past 30 years. Thanks again Lucas
WOW — don’t hesitate, book NOW! We’ve stayed in quite a few high end condos, but I was blown away by the extra touches that I didn’t know I was missing
Great property.
Very spacious, plenty of room for group of ten. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the balcony and watching the dolphins. It was nice having the three bathrooms for showering after a day at the beach. Nice location just far enough from the more touristy Daytona Pier but not too far of a drive to visit.
Overall, excellent experience! Lucas is very responsive. He was upfront with any snafus during our stay but we worked through everything seamlessly. We asked lots of questions to him via text and he was very communicative, responding in less than 10 minutes usually. The unit is spacious and very nice - we had 8 adults staying in the unit and did not feel overcrowded. The beds were extremely comfortable and each room except one had a private entryway to the spacious balcony. The balcony furniture was likewise comfortable and sat all 8 of us. The gym is excellent as well with a great view of the ocean and sunrise in the mornings. I used the business center throughout the week to work and the Wifi was excellent there and a good spot to work in quiet. Unfortunately, I would have rather worked at the common area entertainment center that had a wonderful ocean view, but the Wifi was poor. Additionally, we tried to use the TV in the entertainment center to watch playoff games as the TV is huge and could be a great spot for this, but the TV's settings had not been updated thereby preventing us from accessing the sports channels. While the condo unit is fantastic, a few things we wish we had known (though it would not have prevented us from renting the unit): The outdoor balcony does have a great 180 degree view from the river to the ocean. However, right in the middle is an unsightly bright yellow hotel and directly behind that is another hotel under construction. Also, you are on the left side of the building looking towards the ocean, so it's really only a partial ocean view -- though still a wonderful view and we were able to see the sunrise in the mornings. We assumed "penthouse" meant the top floor of the building. This unit is actually on the 10th floor, which is the second to the top of the building. The walls are fairly thin, so you could hear the guests directly above us quite easily, which was a bit frustrating at times. An additional note is that there are only 3 key fobs, so if you have four couples, this can be a challenge if you are all separated throughout the day as you need a key fob to pretty much go anywhere within the condo. Finally, knowing these things however, we would certainly stay at this place again and would recommend it to others.

This was the perfect place for our family! Enough room for my inlaws, parents, us and our 5 kids. We didnt feel on top of each other. View was amazing! Sat out on the balcony every night of our trip so relaxing. Wonderful having easy access to the beach. Lucas was wonderful and responds quickly to questions and Jennifer who gave us a quick tour was very friendly and inviting. We all had such a wonderful time! Recommend this as the perfect family getaway
This is a beautiful, clean, and spacious condo with gorgeous ocean views. The beach wasn't crowded during the week, but we had to be a bit more careful to watch the kiddos on the weekends when there were many cars driving on the beach. The condo also offers lots of amenities like a pool, hot tub, fitness center, business center and club room. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby and a grocery store within walking distance. We also appreciated the carts in the garage to help us haul our stuff to the elevators.
