As you walk in the door, you are greeted by an open floor plan with a dining table straight in front of you as well as a work desk to your left. To your right is the 2nd bedroom with a king size bed, smart tv, and private bathroom.
As you proceed into the unit, you come through the kitchen area, to the living room and the master bedroom is on your right with a king size bed, smart tv, private master bath, and a private oceanfront balcony entrance/exit.
The living room features two reclining leather couches situated around a large smart tv that has cable access overlooking an oceanfront balcony entrance/exit sliding glass door.
The balcony is DIRECT oceanfront and has ample seating for everyone in the group.
Access to the whole unit as well as the amenities on the property.
Minimum age: 25
1. Management fee is $125. This covers you for travel protection and any damage done to the unit. Trust us, working with Airbnb on the damage claim process is not a fun time and we do not want them to pursue you for any incidental damages that we have to claim. This allows us to collect directly from our own insurance carrier and gives you the peace of mind if anything gets broken during your stay.

EARLY CHECK IN: We will try to accommodate however it is entirely dependent on how the previous guest treated the unit. Once our cleaners get in at 10am they can let us know if it's possible to have the unit ready by 1-2pm. If it is not possible we will refund you.

We provide a starter kit of household items; trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and bar soap. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.
