You walk in the front door to your right is the laundry room.
As your proceed straight ahead you will see the open layout kitchen.
Off to your right is the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom consists of a queen bed next to a twin bed with a tv, dresser, and it’s own private bathroom. The second bedroom consists of a single queen bed, a tv, and it’s own private bathroom.
As you proceed through the kitchen the unit starts to open up and off to your right you have the dining area, living room, and balcony entry/exit.
From the living room to your left you have the beautiful master bedroom which boasts a king bed, a tv, a walk in closet, and a huge master bathroom.
The living room features a couch/loveseat combs in front of a smart tv. And the dining are right behind it features a kitchen table that seats 6 as well as additional bar top seating at the kitchen.
The amenities of this building are unrivaled. A huge perk is that it’s sister condo is connected right next door that means you get two of everything. 2 pools, 2 spas, 2 fitness centers, and 2 pool tables.
Access to the entire condominium unit. The building and amenities outside of the unit will be shared with other guests/owners.

1. Management fee is $125. This covers you for travel protection and any damage done to the unit. Trust us, working with Airbnb on the damage claim process is not a fun time and we do not want them to pursue you for any incidental damages that we have to claim. This allows us to collect directly from our own insurance carrier and gives you the peace of mind if anything gets broken during your stay.
EARLY CHECK IN: we will try to accommodate however it is entirely dependent on how the previous guest treated the unit. Once our cleaners get in at 10am they can let us know if it's possible to have the unit ready by 1-2pm. If it is not possible we will refund you.

Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the moneys received will be refunded as follows:
a) 100% if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
b) 50% if cancelled 30 days prior to Check-in Date
c) If a reservation is cancelled by the Guest less than 30 days from the Check-in date, the renter will forgo all refund amounts. If you choose to dispute this, it must be in writing and the homeowner will review each case and make a determination as to the amount refunded.
For online reservations: your cancellation policy is the one you agreed to at the time of your booking. This cancellation policy above applies to personal bookings that are done through us.
** Please note payment processing companies are not out to help small businesses. When we process your card they take the 3% processing fee from us. If we refund you, they will still keep the processing fee. Because of this we have to make it known to our guests that should you cancel at any point the 3% card processing fee is non-refundable.

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The view is BREATHTAKING and the location was perfect. Luca answered every question we had promptly and even came back Saturday night to help us with the TVs. We had a wonderful week and will definitely be back!
My wife and I had an excellent time. Lucas was terrific. He took care of all our needs to ensure we got checked in easily and enjoyed our stay. The views throughout the unit were stunning. We felt all our stresses leave us immediately and we were able to relax and have a lot of fun throughout our stay. The ocean and the walks on the beach were wonderful. Daytona Beach Shores is truly an amazing area and this condo was great. We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back.
We stayed in this place from Aug 27th till sept 5th. Lucas was very supportive. Condo was very clean and all the amenities were good. Awesome of views of ocean from master bedroom and also from balcony. Check in process was very smooth, even though we reached the place bit late in the night.
We had an issue with fan in master bedroom, Lucas took care of it immediately replacing the fan. I would give Lucas 5 star rating ,for prompt replies to my questions and also keeping the condo very clean when we arrived, no complaints. I would love to stay again in this place again if we ever visit Daytona beach.
You want this place. Book it if you can. I stayed for nearly two months and will definitely be back. Lucas will take care of you. Ahead of time, during and after. He knows this business and knows what it means to host and care for his clients.
So First off: These Views! A corner room is unheard of, get it. The balcony, the family room and the master bedroom is all you’d really need. Wow. The beach, the sunrise, the birds, the boats, the dolphins, the people. The ocean views are to die for. Every sunrise is new. You’ll get lost loving this place.
Two more bedrooms! I didn’t need them but they are wonderful. Different views, spacious, comfortable and give you so much more space.
The kitchen is well equipped and if you’re staying for a while can be well stocked with groceries delivered (theres a cart down stairs to tote your bags up from the delivery at the main door).
Lucas ensures the place is clean (and even made his cleaning crew available to me midstay for a once over) and the building walls must be super thick because I couldn’t believe how quiet the place was. Definitely an easy place to work from (as I did) while still absolutely loving the beach and location.
I didn’t get a car. Just walked, ran and Uber’d my way around. You’re far enough away from the center of things that it’s not crazy but close enough that you can get around, get that fun beach vibe and still feel secluded when you want.
The building facilities were good too. Especially the pools and hot tubs.
No reason not to book this if you want a touch of luxury while spoiling yourself beaching for days.
